Dr. James Glasgow

Dr James Glasgow is Chief Executive Officer of Cyclotek. He brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across the life sciences sector, with a career spanning commercial and scientific leadership roles in the United States, ASEAN and Europe. James combines clinical perspective, commercial discipline and a strong focus on patient-centred healthcare. At Cyclotek, he is focused on strengthening the company’s growth, partnerships and long-term contribution to precision medicine.

Andrew Wilson

Andrew Wilson is Group Chief Finance and Operating Officer at Cyclotek. He brings more than 20 years of senior finance and operations leadership experience across international and private equity-backed organisations, with expertise spanning strategy, governance, finance transformation and business growth. At Cyclotek, he is focused on strengthening the financial and operational foundations that support the company’s continued expansion and long-term contribution to precision medicine.

Director of Products & Quality

Dr. Mark Frazzetto

Dr Mark Frazzetto is Cyclotek’s Director – Product & Quality. Mark brings over 20 years of experience in applied science, biotechnology and pharmaceutical R&D. His background spans drug development, non-clinical and clinical development, and the practical translation of scientific capability into operational delivery. At Cyclotek, he supports the systems, teams and processes required for reliable radiopharmaceutical production and supply.

Director of Facilities and Operations

Joshua Seale

Joshua Seale is Cyclotek’s Director – Facilities & Operations, bringing deep experience across facility design, radiopharmaceutical 
manufacturing, engineering and logistics to the team. He specialises in the management of specialist manufacturing infrastructure and the operational systems required to support reliable, time-sensitive radiopharmaceutical supply. 

Financial and Commercial Director

Lauren Thambyah

Lauren Thambyah is Financial and Commercial Director at Cyclotek. She partners with the leadership team to support commercial opportunities, regional expansion and sustainable growth. A Chartered Accountant with more than 15 years’ experience across Australia, the UK and ASEAN, Lauren has held senior roles across technology, media and healthcare, including THE ICONIC, News Corp Australia and Novotech.

Darren Short

Darren Short is the Chief Financial Officer at Cyclotek, leading the financial strategy, treasury, capital allocation, reporting and governance functions. A Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years of experience across managed services, hospitality and FMCG, Darren drives scalable financial operations, disciplined capital management and robust compliance frameworks to support Cyclotek's growth, operational excellence and long-term value creation.

Head of Market Development

Chantal Dion 

Chantal Dion is Head of Market Development at Cyclotek. She brings 25 years of leadership experience across the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors, with expertise in launching complex medical technologies, market development and strategic partnerships. At Cyclotek, she leads market development initiatives that support growth, access and regional expansion. 

Product Development

Mathew Heald 

Mat Heald is Cyclotek’s Product Development and Implementation Manager. With more than 15 years’ experience in radiopharmaceutical development, he specialises in the translation and scale-up of automated radiopharmaceutical manufacturing techniques, enabling commercial scale clinical use 

Product Onboarding / Validation

Dr. Cheryl Falzon 

Dr Cheryl Falzon has more than 14 years of experience in validation, product onboarding and GMP-compliant radiopharmaceutical manufacture. Her work supports the qualification of equipment, methods and processes required for clinical trial and commercial product pathways. 

Innovation and Partnerships 

Samuel Graf 

Samuel Graf is Innovation & Partnerships Manager at Cyclotek. With a background in Radiopharmaceutical chemistry and clinical trial management, Sam joined Cyclotek to support external engagement, research collaborations and industry partnerships. His role helps connect Cyclotek’s scientific capability with the partners, institutions and opportunities shaping the future of radiopharmaceuticals.
