Distributed Production Model

A Distributed Network for Continuity, Resilience and Reach

Cyclotek's operating model is built around a distributed network of manufacturing facilities and partner sites that coordinates production, quality release and time-critical delivery. This structure supports regional responsiveness while maintaining consistent manufacturing standards, quality oversight and operational governance across the network.

Designed to Support Reliable Clinical Supply

Cyclotek's facilities operate under the relevant Australian and New Zealand regulatory frameworks, including Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements for the manufacture and distribution of radiopharmaceuticals.  This commitment to quality and regulatory compliance enables the company to support routine clinical supply, clinical trial manufacturing and the development of future radiopharmaceuticals. Harmonised site processes, coordinated scheduling and structured oversight help ensure each site works to consistent standards while supporting the practical demands of local supply.
